DISCIPLESHIP GROUPS
At Renovation, we don’t just attend church — we follow Jesus. And following Jesus means becoming a disciple who makes disciples. That’s where D-Groups come in.
Discipleship Groups are one of the primary ways we build deep roots in God’s Word and strong, authentic relationships. This is where faith gets personal. Where masks come off. Where accountability is real. Where we challenge and encourage one another to actually live what we believe. D-Groups aren’t just for finding community, they are built for multiplication.
Groups are gender-specific, closed groups of 4-6 believers who meet weekly or biweekly for 6 months to 1 year.
What to expect IN D-GROUPS
❋ COMMUNITY (10-15 MINS)
Build authentic relationships that last a lifetime. Take the mask off. Be the real you. because pretending takes too much work.
❋ ACCOUNTABILITY (20-30 MINS)
It’s okay to not be okay, but it’s not okay to stay that way. Everyone messes up and falls short. “Confess your sins to one another so that you can be healed.”
If we really want to know God, then we must spend time learning and diving deep into his word. God want you to know him and he wants to know you.
❋ STUDYING THE BIBLE (30-40 MINS)
❋ PRAYER (10-15 MINS)
If we work, we work. But when we pray, God works. We want prayer to be our first response, not our last resort. “The prayers of the righteous are powerful and effective.”
